Three jobs from the last six months — a domestic single-split, a Victorian multi-split, and a heat-pump conversion. Each one started with a desktop survey.

Desktop survey · Free · 48hr turnaround

Tell us about the room. We'll tell you the kW.

Most jobs we quote, we size from photos and a few measurements before anyone visits. The desktop survey is genuinely free — we'd rather spend an hour getting the calc right than half an hour selling you a system.

  1. 01Send 2–3 photos of the room and the proposed outdoor wall.
  2. 02We size the system and email a no-obligation recommendation within 48 hours.
  3. 03We visit only if you'd like to proceed — and only then.

Marshall Climate were the third firm we got to quote for AC in our master bedroom. They sized the unit smaller than the others, which made me nervous at first — but Sophie talked me through the calculation and it made sense. The room cools faster than I expected and the unit is properly silent at night. Honest, technical, and the install team left the place spotless.

We have a Victorian terrace and three other firms had told us a multi-split wouldn't work without significant disruption. Marshall came out, mapped the route over three visits before they touched a tool, and ended up running the pipework through a redundant chimney void. You can barely see it. The kitchen-diner is comfortable in summer for the first time since we moved in.

Six-bedroom farmhouse, LPG boiler died in October. Marshall did the heat-loss calculation properly, told me which radiators needed swapping (only four of twelve, lower than I'd been quoted elsewhere), and got the heat pump in within two weeks. First quarter on the new system was about half what we were paying for LPG. They know what they're doing and they don't oversell.
